The ProNobis Ltd. company offers a wide spectrum of consultant services in the field of building industries. Given our wide-ranging experience and good contacts in the building and property market, we help developers to search for interesting investment opportunities and we offer them feasibility studies on their projects and assist them in choosing suitable contractors. We negotiate client changes for residential projects.

We also deal with the so-called off-market transactions in the construction industry for clients who do not wish to trade in public.

With our fellow companies we cooperate on renewable energy resources projects. We specialize in Photovoltaic power plants placed on otherwise unusable flat roofs.

We develop our own building projects and for some of them we seek either strategic partners for further cooperation or investors on whose behalf we negotiate investment possibilities.

We search for suitable land plots in Prague and nearby for residential projects in any phase of the approval process (zoning plan changes, planning permission, building permits).
